Purim begins tonight!
An easy fast if you're fasting on the Fast of Esther that we discussed on Monday, but regardless, settle in for some (slightly distracting, if you're fasting– sorry–) storytime:
It's 1946. World War II has ended, and in the wake of Hitler's atrocities, morale for Jewish students on University of Chicago campus was low.
